Eat a bunch right now

Husband and I got turned onto this green treat called Kale a few months ago, and it's pretty insane. We love it. It's only been burnt once, by me. I just found this recipe for kale "chips" I'm itching to try. Anyone else a kale fan? How do you cook it?

  1. I love Kale. I braise it in a frying pan with a little olive oil or butter just until it turns bright green. Then salt, pepper and lemon juice. Super Yummy!

    Have you tried chard?

  2. Oh that sounds good! I've only roasted it so far. That sounds faster though. I may have tried chard at some point in my life, but not consciously, haha. Is it similar to kale?

  3. It is a green...like Kale....and has a similar flavor...I actually prefer it to kale (less ruffly). You should try it and let me know what you think.
